I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade to a suite upon my arrival, which had a big terrace with table, chairs, and two sunbeds. The rooms, while not extraordinary, were comfortable enough compared to other luxury hotels I've stayed in. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally kind and helpful staff going the extra mile to assist me. The stunning location overlooking the Mediterranean was truly unforgettable, with easy access to downtown and a charming view of old Beirut. The dining experience, albeit a bit expensive, was quite nice with a great new concept offering unlimited pancakes. The facilities were well-appointed, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with great views and exceptional service.

The hotel offers a mix of pleasant and limited experiences. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a downtown view but have a slight smell. The service is generally friendly and helpful, with some lapses in communication. The location is a mix of amazing views and a less attractive neighborhood. The dining experience is hit or miss. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the mountain-facing rooms offer a quiet retreat, being near the kitchens can be a bit noisy. I appreciated the free Daily News Paper but was disappointed by the lack of free Wi-Fi. The weekend noise from cars and a nearby night club was a downside.

Rooms

The mountain-facing rooms are quiet, providing a peaceful stay. However, being located next to the kitchens can lead to some noise disturbances. The free Daily News Paper was a nice touch, but the absence of complimentary Wi-Fi was a drawback.
Service

The service at this hotel was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, others came across as 'false friendly,' which could be annoying. Overall, the service was excellent and professional, especially when dealing with the General Manager.
Location

The hotel's location is superb, with the stunning Mediterranean sea in front and historic old Beirut behind. It's a perfect setting to immerse yourself in Beirut's rich history. The proximity to Zaitona bay and the exceptional service at the roof-top terrace and dining facilities were highlights. However, the absence of required red roses was a letdown.
Dining

The dining experience, particularly breakfast with its accompanying eggs and Western dishes, was spectacular. However, guests felt limited by the buffet-style offerings and hoped for more menu options. The presence of dairy products added to the experience.
Facilities

The hotel boasts great facilities, from the inviting pool and indoor bar to the out-door dining options. The marina location and proximity to major Beirut attractions make it a convenient choice. While the facilities were excellent, the absence of some required amenities detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with evening room cleaning services, including a deliciously decorated cheese cake. The overall experience was beyond satisfactory, despite the room being smaller than average. The service, especially during high seasons, went beyond the call of duty, with really kind and helpful staff. The location, while a bit limited, overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and is perfect for accessing most tourist sites. The dining experience, though underwhelming with a la carte ordering during breakfast, offered quite nice traditional Marche products. The facilities were well-equipped with a great rooftop terrace, pool, indoor bar, and outdoor dining facilities.

The hotel rooms were excellent for a little spa treat, albeit a bit smaller than expected for a Four Seasons Hotel. The service was a mix of extremely friendly and occasionally patronizing experiences for a solo female traveler. The location was really good, with a welcoming staff and the best sea views in Beirut.
